Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in aren't refunded. Changed your mind right after booking? If you booked at least 7 days ahead, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.
Yes. Direct bookings have a $500 refundable security deposit. It's collected securely through our booking system 2 days before check-in and refunded within 2 days after checkout if there's no damage.
Self check-in with a smart lock. You'll get your own code and full instructions before arrival. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM; ask us about early or late times.
